Payment Policy:

Accounts paid on arrival day, we accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, EFTPOS and cash

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. GTD no shows will be charged the full amount of the booking

Child Policy:

Seascape Villa is an adult only accommodation, we are happy to include children over the age of 12 who must be accommodated as an adult

House rules

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
