Just 5 minutes' drive from Tauranga Harbour, Seascape Villa Bed & Breakfast offers adults-only accommodation, unlimited free Wi-Fi and free breakfast. The property uses solar energy and 100% renewable Carbon Zero electricity.

Each room has a private bathroom with bathrobes, hairdryer and free toiletries. All have beautiful garden views, wardrobe and LCD TV with over 50 cable channels, including sports and movies. All rooms have fly screens for your comfort.
Seascape Villa B&B Tauranga is a 5-minute drive from Tauranga city centre. Tauranga Airport and Mount Maunganui are a 15-minute drive away.

You can take a stroll through Carlton Street Park, just a 5-minute walk away. Free car parking is available on-site. Laundry facilities are available during the day until 4pm, we charge a fee per load

The free European-style continental breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, cereals, freshly squeezed juice, toast, and a selection of cold meats such as manuka ham and salami. Tea and coffee are also available, as well as a hot breakfast including eggs and New Zealand manuka smoked streaky bacon.

Highly recommend with wonderful hosts and breakfasts David and Tatiana were wonderful hosts making our stay memorable and very comfortable. The atmosphere was warm, the bedding and room very clean, location was quiet and Tatiana's breakfasts were exceptional - no one goes hungry here ! The lounge room and balcony gave a very homely feel - home away from home - The Wi-Fi was also very good, off street parking is a plus, refrigerator in room was a bonus, bathroom was heated with large vanity and nice fittings, plenty of hanging space in room, and a great size TV in our room. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with great hosts and we would have no hesitation staying here again when in beautiful Tauranga. Highly recommended.

Pleasant Stay Had a 1n stay at the Seascape in a suburban area of Tauranga about a 10-15min. drive from the beach area. Modern clean accomodation with a choice of continental or cooked breakfast. We enjoyed our continental breakfast. Try Cafe Istanbul about 5min. drive away .....excellent. David and Tatiana were pleasant hosts. Probably the only issue was the uncomfortable mattress.

Spotless B and B Our Queen bedroom with ensuite was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, along with fresh milk in a small fridge in the wardrobe. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower, with plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. The shower pressure was great. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. At breakfast we were offered continental (fresh fruit, choice of cereals and yoghurt, plus toast and condiments), as well as the option of a fully cooked breakfast. There were also meats, cheeses, avocado and tomatoes on the table. A very nice stay.

The Perfect Stay in Tauranga We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our NZ trip. It provided all the facilities and care of a hotel with the intimate personal attention of a B&B. Out hosts were just wonderful and everything that we could possibly have needed was there. Our room was a reasonable size, good big bathroom and you have the use of a communal living room and balcony. We even had a load of washing done for a very small fee of $10. The breakfast was amazing - we expected a small continental type breakfast but received that and an amazing cooked one too. Location is perfect and a short drive to the centre and Mount Maunganui. Definitely no hesitation in recommending a stay at Seascape.

Great stay in Taurange Nice clean B&B with wonderful hosts. Breakfast was awesome. Off street parking, close to downtown Taurange, easy check in and check out. Air conditioning, which isn't common in the area. Plenty of communal space to use as you like. Would return if ever in the area again.

Would Highly recommend Seascape Villa to anyone visiting New Zealand 5* Well where do I start, what a lovely premises Seascape Villa is, spacious clean rooms, bathroom perfect absolutely clean and tidy, great Breakfast and plenty of it, to start your day off exploring, no complaints at all. David and Tatiana were the perfect plus hosts, nothing was too much trouble to make your stay with them perfect, a very kind and helpful couple. I Would definitely stay at Seascape again no hesitation. made my first holiday to New Zealand from the UK A pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank You David and Tatiana so much.

All in all David and Tatiana deserve their excellent rating David and Tatiana were excellent hosts and there was everything that we needed. Our room was a bit small but adequate and everything was spotless. There was a cooked breakfast of your choice, as well as fruit, cereal, yougart, etc. I can recommend the bacon, mushrooms and fried eggs on toast. All in all David and Tatiana deserve their excellent rating. We especially enjoyed that David and Tatiana sat down with us at breakfast and chatted about things to do, and current affairs., etc.
